A Fundraiser To Benifit NEMBA's Land Trust Fund
BS's Buy Vietnam Night A Success!
The Buy Vietnam event presented by BustedSpoke.com at Rye Airfield Saturday March 8, 2003 will be an event that is talked about for a long time to come. Put on as a benefit for the NEMBA Land Preservation Fund, the event drew a much larger than anticipated crowd to the indoor skate park venue. The night was a complete success by raising about $3,000 to help purchase a portion of private land at one of New England's favorite mountain bike destinations.

In 1997, Jeff Sarcione started the Essex County Velo/Beverly YMCA/Seaside Cycle Junior Development Mountain Biking Program. This program has helped many students become involved with mountian biking on all levels including trail building, clinics and racing.

Be Prepared - Whats In Your Bag?
Spring has sprung and it won't be long before the trails are dusty dry and the roads clean of sand and frost heaves. Be prepared for nearly any mechanical failure short of frame or fork breakage with a few "should haves" in your camel back or seat bag.

Kingman Farm: Madbury, NH
Despite it's relatively small size, Kingman Farm is quite popular with the locals. During the summer and fall months the small parking lot will be overflowing with cars. The trail system here is clean and well maintained offering several different types of terrain from screaming hard-packed fire roads to rolling singletrack to a short, challenging switchback climb.
